Grimsby Town Football Club entered the 2011–12 season as a member of the Conference National for the second season running. The club are managed by Rob Scott and Paul Hurst who were appointed in the previous season.
Errea supplied the kits for the fourth season running. Young's Bluecrest continued as the club's sponsor for the seventh consecutive season.
