Grimsby Town Football Club entered the 2013–14 season as a member of the Conference National for the fourth season running. The club started the season off being managed by Rob Scott and Paul Hurst who were appointed in 2010-11 season, but Rob Scott has since left the club.
Errea supplied the kits for the fifth season running. Young's Bluecrest continued as the club's sponsor for the ninth consecutive season.
