Fall On Your Sword is a film & commercial music production entity with offices in Los Angeles, California, and Brooklyn, New York. It was founded in 2007 by London-born musician Will Bates, and a former collaborator was LCD Soundsystem guitarist and composer Philip Mossman. Fall On Your Sword's songs are represented by Downtown Music Publishing.
Fall On Your Sword is primarily known for their work in film scoring and viral video mash-up creations. They've scored a number of independent films such as Another Earth, Lola Versus, Nobody Walks, 28 Hotel Rooms and . Prior to scoring films, they performed as a live band. They sometimes still perform live at special events. Their last performance was at the KCRW Lounge at the Sundance Film Festival in 2013.
