The glasseye or glass bigeye (Heteropriacanthus cruentatus) is a species of fish found in tropical seas around the globe. It is a member of the bigeye family and the only species in the genus Heteropriacanthus. It occasionally makes its way into the aquarium trade. It grows to a size of 50.7 cm (20.0 in) in length.
