Kentucky Route 1038 (KY 1038) is an north-south rural secondary state highway in west-central Kentucky. The route is 14.401 miles (23.176 km) long, and it traverses Logan and southern Butler counties.
KY 1038 begins at a junction with KY 79 just outside of Russellville. It makes a left turn at the eastern terminus of KY 1588, and begins following a northeasterly path towards Gasper and Richelieu. After about on1.7 miles (2.7 km) inside Butler County, KY 1038 ends with a junction with KY 1083.
