With a value-integration approach, Lodestone pursued a value-adding combination of management and IT consulting.Starting January 2016, the Lodestone brand was changed to "Infosys Consulting" to focus the company on its consulting business.

The company was founded in 2005. Since its inception, the firm has grown to more than 1000 employees in 17 countries on five continents.
