Maineville is a village in Warren County, Ohio, United States. The population was 975 at the 2010 census.

Maineville was incorporated as a village in March 23, 1850. The village derives its name from Maine, the native state of a large share of its first settlers. A post office was established at Maineville in 1854.

Maineville is located at 39°19′1″N 84°13′23″W / 39.31694°N 84.22306°W / 39.31694; -84.22306 (39.316998, -84.222924).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.37 square miles (3.55 km2), all land.
