Maite Perroni Beorlegui (Born March 9, 1983) is a Mexican actress, model and singer/songwriter, who is best known for starring in Rebelde (2004), Cuidado con el ángel (2008), Mi Pecado (2009) Triunfo del Amor (2010), Cachito de Cielo (2012), La Gata (2014), and Antes muerta que Lichita (2015). She gained international fame as a member of the Latin Grammy nominated pop group RBD. In 2016 she won the Premios TVyNovelas of Best Actress of the Year for her work in Antes muerta que Lichita.
In 2009 Perroni was named "the new queen of the telenovelas" by Univision. In 2012 she signed a contract with Warner Music Group, and the following year released her first solo studio album, Eclipse de Luna, which debuted in 3rd position Amprofon Top 20, the main table of Mexican albums, and got to ninth position on the Billboard Latin Album and second in Latin Pop Albums.
Maite Perroni Beorlegui was born in Mexico City but she grew up in Guadalajara, until the age of 12, when her family moved back again in Mexico City. She has two younger brothers, Adolfo (born in 1986) and Francisco (born in 1992). Maite Perroni had a childhood like any other kid,She grew up With both her hard working parents and Siblings,Ever since she was a Little Girl she had an inclination toward Acting Appearing in many TV Commercials and in Some Music Videos,In School she was always in many Activities involving Acting,Art, Singing and Dancing,She also participated as a Dancer in a Disney Channel Show, After Graduating from school Maite had already in mind what she wanted to achieve in Life and as a Career,So as soon as she Graduated from High School she Sign Up in the Prestigiuos School which is Televisa and after signing up on a Course of 3 Years in which she only took 2 years she Graduated and Landed The Role of her Life,The Role in which she was going to be Catapulted into Stardom, In which she Did, Maite was part of REBELDE were she had a minor role named Guadalupe Fernandez (Lupita) where she was going to be only for One Season but after the Producers liking the way she was Portraying the Character they decided to make her one of the Protagonist and include her for all 3 Seasons that the Telenovela was going to last and as part of that Deal she was also included in the Group were she was going to be Worldwide Known and became one the HOTEST girl in Telenovelas and Currently she's one of the Favorites of the Telenovela's World
