Maurice Bloch (April 26, 1891 in New York City – December 5, 1929 in Manhattan, New York City) was an American lawyer and Democratic politician from New York.
He married Madeline Neuberger (1894–1986), and they had two children.
Bloch was a member of the New York State Assembly in 1915, 1916, 1917, 1918, 1919, 1920, 1921, 1922, 1923, 1924, 1925, 1926, 1927, 1928 and 1929; and was Minority Leader from 1924 to 1929.
He died on December 5, 1929, in Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan, from heart embolism, caused by a blood clot, after an operation for appendicitis; and was buried at the Mount Carmel Cemetery in Flushing, Queens.
