Neil Tolkin is a Canadian screen writer from Montreal. He attended Westmount High School and Dawson College and McGill University.
He worked on comedies including License to Drive, Ri¢hie Ri¢h and Jury Duty as well as Sticks and Stones which he also directed.
He wrote the screenplay for the film The Emperor's Club (2002).
