The 2018 Nevada gubernatorial election will take place on November 6, 2018. Primaries will take place in June. The incumbent Governor, Republican Brian Sandoval, is not eligible to run for re-election due to term limits established by the Nevada Constitution. Nevada is one of eight states that prohibits its Governors from serving more than two consecutive terms for life.
