Sherali Khayrulloyev (Tajik:Шералӣ Хайруллоев) is a retired Tajikistani general and politician. He was the Minister of Defense of Tajikistan from 1995 to 2013.
He joined the Soviet Army in 1970, and served as a brigade battalion accountancy director. From 1977 to 1988,he worked in the Interior Ministry of the Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic. From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice-Minister for Internal Affairs Tajikistan. Khayrulloyev became the first minister of defense on 7 April 1995. He resigned in 2013 due to health issues.
Khayrulloyev is married, and has 2 children.
