Shirley M. Kitchen is a Democratic politician who was a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 3rd District from 1996 to 2016. Previously she was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1987 through 1988.
Shirley M. Kitchen went to Antioch University in 1979, where she earned a bachelor's degree and a certificate in Child Care Behavior from Temple University in 1975.
