Edgar "Injap" Sia II (born 1977) is a Filipino billionaire property developer, a co-owner of DoubleDragon Properties with fellow billionaire Tony Tan Caktiong.
Sia is the youngest billionaire in the Philippines.
Sia was born in Iloilo City in 1977 and grew up in Roxas City, the eldest of three siblings.
Sia planned to be an architect, but dropped out of the University of San Agustin to start a business career.
Sia co-founded the barbecue chain Mang Inasal in Iloilo City in 2003. In seven years it grew to 338 branches nationwide, before being taken over by Jollibee.
Sia is the chairman and CEO of DoubleDragon Properties. In 2014 DoubleDragon became a public company.
Sia is married, with two children, and lives in the Philippines.
